Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Hoztora (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Services Offered
Hoztora offers shared hosting, domain registration, VPS, email services, SSL certificates, and related products. All services are provided “as is” and are subject to availability and modification without prior notice.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of web hosting and digital services, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated credits for:
Service cancellations
Downgrades or plan changes
Account suspensions or terminations
Non-usage or technical issues
Abuse or violation of our policies
Please review your order and service details carefully before making a purchase.
Billing and Payments
All services are prepaid. Invoices are generated based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, bank transfers.
You are responsible for ensuring timely payments before the invoice due date.
Use of Service
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to:
- Violate or attempt to violate the security of our Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Service.
- Use our Service to transmit spam, viruses, or harmful code.
Service Cancellations
Hoztora reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate services without prior notice if:
The client violates any part of these Terms
The client engages in abusive, illegal, or prohibited activities
The client fails to respond to support/security issues in a timely manner
All service cancellations initiated by the client must be done via the client portal.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use Hoztora services for:
Hosting or linking to adult content, malware, viruses, or pirated software
Sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails
Running game servers, mining software, or resource-intensive scripts
Distributing large files over 50MB meant solely for download (e.g., .ISO, .EXE, .ZIP)
Storing unauthorized *.wpress, *.tar, *.gz, or backup files
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without backup or refund.
Anti-Nulled Script Policy
Hoztora strictly prohibits the use of nulled (pirated) scripts, themes, or plugins. Sites found using pirated code will be suspended immediately. Reactivation requires valid proof of purchase.
Abuse Handling
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
Harassment or verbal abuse toward Hoztora staff
Repeated chargebacks, fraud, or phishing
Continuous late payments or misuse
Hosting harmful content, DoS/DDoS activity, or abusive end-users
Violators risk service termination and permanent blacklisting.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Hoztora or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hoztora be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hoztora from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our Service.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our Service after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
